Looking for a diamond ring involves doing all your research before going to multiple places and actually looking at rings. Coming here was very welcoming. It is ran by a family and involves two very hard working daughters that know so much about diamonds. The best thing they did was replicate a similar band that I saw at another jewelry store and it looks just as good. My wife had an issue with the polish on her band and they were able to take care of it right away, free of charge. All prices here are fair as I've been around a few others to compare.
I was (so) delighted by their services that I also decided to purchase my tungsten/carbide wedding band here as well. This place has been around for decades and appears like it will be here to stay which bodes well for servicing our diamond ring for years to come.

My husband was referred to Collin's Jewelers when he was wanting to propose to me 2 years ago. They helped him pick the most amazing ring, I could never have asked for anything more as far as quality and price. We are now married and also got both our wedding bands from Collins becuase of the amazing service they gave.
This week we went to have my wedding band and engagemernt ring put together and it was done in less than 2 business days. AND they re-dipped it in gold to give it a brand new look again free of scratches aned scuffs. Jacky told me they do this for free once a year for as long as want.
Talk about service to take advantage of with the personalized customer service! They always remember both of us when we come in.
I think even if I move away from San Diego I will still shop with them.
